Wayward - OPEN on Labor Day regular hours, movie night, and jazz

It's a little late, but here is the official post on behalf of Wayward Coffeehouse:

Wayward will be OPEN regular hours, 630 am - 11 pm, on Labor Day, Monday, September 6. Be sure to stop by this holiday weekend for tasty coffee treats or a yummy sandwich to keep your energy up for all your long-weekend adventures. And if you’re feeling the urge to indulge in Autumn-inspired treats, we have Pumpkin Lattes, Caramel Mochas, and Apple Blackberry Lattes always available. Yum!

Friday is our monthly
First Friday Sci-Fi/Fantasy Film Night and this month we’re showing the classic romantic comedy “Splash!” with Tom Hanks falling for Darryl Hannah’s mermaid.

Saturday we host our resident musicians,
North End Jazz Quartet, for their monthly night of jazz at Wayward. Suitable for the whole family, its a great evening of live music, tasty treats, and good company.

PLANNING AHEAD: It’s September, and that means we’re gearing up for our biggest shindig of the year:
SERENIVERSARY! This year we’ll be holding our annual event commemorating the anniversary of the release of the film “Serenity” on Saturday, September 25, 6 - 10 pm. We’ll have live music with Vixy & Tony, a costume contest, Firefly/Serenity trivia quiz, and much more! Be sure to mark your calendar so you can join us for this very shiny shindig!
